What is Shaolin Qi-Gong?

Shaolin Qi-Gong (or "Chi Kung") are exercises with our own body energy. They come from the concentrated knowledge of ancient Chinese masters from over 15 centuries. Qi-Gong helps to become healthy, to stay healthy and leads to more vitality.

Through flowing movements performed in complete relaxation, we generate a free flow of our body energy, which helps to release physical, mental and emotional blockages. The efficient exercises are easy to learn and can be easily transferred into everyday life, as they require no more than 10-15 minutes a day.

Shaolin Qi-Gong is an ancient art that is highly regarded in Chinese culture.

In the past, Qi-Gong was a closely guarded secret and was only passed on to selected students by the Shaolin masters. I am all the more pleased to make this knowledge accessible for the benefit of all people.

When practised regularly, Qi-Gong brings about an improvement in body structure, mental clarity, emotional stability and promotes spiritual development.

Qi-Gong for beginners and advanced

To learn Shaolin Qi-Gong, neither prior knowledge nor experience in Asian martial arts is necessary. The exercises are suitable for athletes and non-athletes of all ages, genders and fitness levels.

As a certified Shaolin Qi-Gong teacher I offer:

All you need is light, loose clothing and some space. Qi-Gong helps you to regenerate your body's own energy and stay healthy – whether in your home, at work, in the meeting room, in the gym or in the great outdoors.

When I was diagnosed with a severe migraine 25 years ago, a long odyssey of several examinations and countless therapies began. Since nothing really helped, I was advised to take strong medication every day. In search of alternatives, I came to Qi-Gong. Through continuous practice, I managed to get the disease under control - without medication.
